This week marked our first visit to our Maroochydore clinic, kicking off our monthly Friday and Saturday procedure sessions. We were delighted to welcome 27 men over the 2 days, each taking the plunge and finally ticking vasectomy off their family planning list!
Flying in from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne, our team found the Sunshine Coast a refreshing change. Beyond the breathtaking beaches and welcome absence of traffic jams, it was the relaxed lifestyle and friendly, smiling faces that won us over. It's easy to see why so many young families call this slice of paradise home, and we're delighted to now be part of the community.

Rest assured these procedures only take 15 minutes, are performed using local anaesthetic that lasts approximately 1.5 hours, so you can drive yourself home pain free afterwards.
I've found that most men spend far more time worrying about a vasectomy than the procedure actually takes!
Recovery is generally straightforward, although a few quiet days are recommended.
